How was the ref with the over/back call against Scoop in the tourny last year?

SU, Pitt and WVU all dealt with what appeared to be biased officiating this season. Wonder why?

If there wasn't a BE directive, fine...it was all just a coincidence. But if the conspiracy theories are to be believed, we could look as good as we did earlier in the year simply because of better officiating.
