Bill is Bill, but the shine of his brilliance definitely dulled his last 4 years in Foxboro.

I'm confident he'll out scheme nearly every opposing coach this fall. However, I'm not confident he has the Larry's and Moe's to win even when he does. His talent evaluation skills those last 4 years with the Pats were outright bad, and that was largely acquiring guys who were much more fully formed than the college guys he has at UNC.

His biggest advantage is that UNC's schedule is a joke. He might win 8 games just by showing up.
