You didn't miss much. Mostly stock "work hard, do what Red asks, we all believe in each other" type answers. He did mention he is well aware that "Gmac and others" have the threes record of 9, and he is gunning for it. Also implied that in the 2nd half the plan was for him to keep his guy outside to hopefully open up driving lanes for the guards.
