Ben DeLuca to Delaware

A few outlets are reporting the former Cornell coach will be the next HC at Delaware. The word on the streets this spring was UD was looking to spend serious money to land a major coach. I have to think that Dave Metzbower turned this down before they went with DeLuca. Metz played and assisted at UD before being Tierney's right hand at Princeton and crafting UNCs offense into National Champs last season. Many say he doesn't want to be the head guy and is more comfortable being an assistant.
