Benny showed up today.

I have to SMH when some of you talk about how Benny is not good and why can't he do it every game.

I would agree he has been a disappointment for most of the season but somehow finally started to be aggressive and play a decent game. Was it without mistakes? Of course not, but it was a vast improvement over what we have previously seen. Certainly, the best game we have seen out of any of our forwards this year.

Hopefully, it's a building block for what we may see in the future.

Jim essentially said the same thing in the presser. He said Benny has been working on and improved his shot over the season m but they didn’t guard him tonight. He said he won’t do that again when they start guarding him

That Benny’s problem. If they guard his jumper he can’t do anything else. He can’t drive or finish in traffic. He looked pretty spazzy around the basket yesterday.

Problem is next game he’ll probably shoot like 20% and score 4 points. He is wildly inconsistent.

This is the issue for Bennie, Taylor, Brown, Bell; all of them have had great games and but also many mediocre/bad ones.
