Kosar often sounds trashed on the air on WKNR whenever he offers some Browns insight. Not sure if that's the case or not but he definitely slurs his speech and is a very slow/lazy talker.

Agree. That was yet another great 30 for 30, but Bernie clearly has health issues, most likely including non-trivial mental ones.
