It surely will allow for a raise or at least future prospect of a raise.
He is our recruiting tool. That is primarily the reason we hired him up to be OC which is the reason he took the job at Cuse.
Giving him 1 more duty (which shouldnt be overly strenuous) will free up what? ~$100k+. Im sure we are adding to his bottom line right now... but when another top 25ish program comes calling... this gives us that much more ammo to add to his bottom line to retain him.
Of course if a top 10 program comes calling (especially for OC) we can kiss GMac goodbye.
