I've got it even, with the ACC being better in the top 4, Big East being better in the middle, and ACC being better in the bottom 4. The gap is biggest in the middle, I mean it's mostly ranked/tournament teams vs. mostly NIT teams. Not sure if WV should be included on this list much longer though.
