Received an email from a MSG rep. and you have an opportunity to purchase tix to suites. Might be a great way to get in for 1 or 2 sessions. Matt has set up early season deals for us at MSG before.

We just opened up a great opportunity for individuals to purchase 2 or 4 tickets in a Suite for the Big East Tournament on a per session basis or for the whole tournament. The offer for the tickets in the suite is the per ticket price, they are pricey but you are getting in a suite. The Thursday and Friday sessions might be worth it if you are only going on those days. Call or Email Matt in the OP about details of amenities offered in the suite.
