That seems to be the upshot of a tweet by the Hartford Courant's Desmond Conner. Says UCONN, Louisville, USF and Cincy are not particularly interested due to concerns about NCAA violations and geographic isolation. WVU and Rutgers are the ones most interested in pursuing the Broncos.

Getting Boise would provide some ammunition for keeping the AQ, particularly if WVY bolts the league. Must not be a high priority for some.
