It’s NIL/,Portal era, rebuilding programs is a thing of the past , nobody knows that any better then Orange fans.

TBH I don't know that I consider the 2024 team a rebuild. 2023 went bowling and returned a bunch of starters like Lequint, Trebor, Oronde, Marlowe, Justin, Cinco, Umari, etc. Babers was replaced, but Fran did keep a bunch of staff like Campanile.

But yes. To your point, the portal could conceivably bless us with another 10-3 even after a 3-9.
