Blocking from our skill position players

Loved Elmore's contributions, but I can't believe how bad Neal and Pierce blocked. Numerous times I saw them blocking nothing but air, including when Dungey was pointing to Pierce to block on one of his runs and he whiffed. If they're not going to block, let's just spread them out.
