Sometimes, if there's some logic and reasonableness to it. I'll like a post even if I don't agree with it. If it's well written and it makes me think.

Yep - I like when the poster makes sense - It has less to do with if I think it's a good or bad message. I will like particularly witty posts as well.

Are you talking about liking the posts where they're talking about someone who's dying? And you want to express your support without adding to a long list of similar posts? That's the type that I'm not sure about.

I like to use a lot of words, so often I'll "like" the post and then reply with an explanation about why I gave the like.
