Bob Costas is "Back on the Record"

I still remember Bob at WAER doing the 1972 NIT. We were improbably within a few points of Lefty Driesell's Maryland team in the semis, despite the fact that our front line averaged 6-3 and theirs 6-10. Our 6-5 center, Bob Dooms, got the ball out front and Costas departed from his professional demeanor to shout "Make a good pass Bobby!". It did no good and we lost. But Bob's always been a winner.
