Yes, he could have been the Dos Equis spokesperson. I remember having some conversations with Alibrat but can't recall if it was on line or in person.

I see alibrat up there. He goes way back to the old AOL board. He hasn’t posted in over 10 years. The last time we messaged each other he was teaching abroad for a number of years. The Middle East and the Far East.
He was also an author.

If Tom is still around, he would be in his 80’s by now.

His name comes up with a lot of his books and different writing if you do a search on the google, but nothing to indicate any recent info that I could find at first glance.
