I don't think it means he made it but that they're going to look at him for a while. Charlotte's not goign to be good this year again so maybe they are the kind of team that can give a player liek James a chance to see how the rest of his game holds up. I think the Bobcats best shooter is sitting on their bench in suit during games (Mark Price). Beyond that Ben Gordon and Jeff Taylor appear to be their shooters. Hope he fits in. I still think his shooting ability from deep could earn him a few years paycheck in the NBA. A team has to be able hold on to a one dimensional player though for him to last.

Good sign for the Bobcats and great chance for James to show his stuff. As long as he understands he will probably be used for his shooting and PT will be limited, both parties win.
