Out of that list, I think Mullen gets the job. I have a better shot than anybody who has spent previous time at Penn St (Bradley, Golden, Schiano)

Would have been a great move for Penn State however he has UVA on the rise and he is starting to lock down the DMV area as far as recruiting goes
