Boeheims on CBS Mornings

The tournament would be smart to find a way to include Buddy on their broadcasts. He could give a great perspective from a players viewpoint. He’s likable and would be great speaking to coaches and players.

It wasn’t the fairy tale we wanted it to be. But it was pretty damn special. Yesterday Jimmy had the game of his life and he did it all for Buddy. To see Buddy leaping in the air for joy every time Jimmy scored was so moving. To know we were never going to see them playing again was so poignant.

Emotion is the lifeblood of sports. This year I have felt agony, disappointment, relief, happiness, excitement, and elation. The Boeheim family was a big part of all that. It’s a unique story and I’m glad I experienced it.

Nobody can say this team didn’t bring out the best and worst of our emotions.

Why do the Boeheim kids have to leave? I'd rather they return and play for a different coach.

I wish Jim would let this side of him come out a bit more in the post game pressers. And I agree that his kids are all first class human beings….I really hoped they would win it all….in fact that was my pre season iggy prediction….win it all and ride off into the sunset together. What a story that would have been.

May have been scheduled to run as tourney began...when it would have made most sense... and gotten bumped for other news.
They should have had something in there on first losing season.

Nate Burleson is a pretty good on camera performer.
Comes off as a natural.

NBC & FOX now have to hire ex-football players for their morning shows.

I am so glad he had his greatest coaching season with his sons, unfortunately for me who doesn't really care about those things, this season was tortuous with the overall lack of talent and all the losses. Sorry.

Of the things mentioned the last few months abiut the Boeheims this may the most absurd lol. First time I’ve seen it mentioned that both Buddy and Jimmy should come back while JB retires and we get a new coach lol

Brilliant. Maybe you could coach them. That would be worth my money to watch.
