I was at the game it was slow in the first half then it picked up in the second half . Boise state on offense was horrible the OL didn’t block well in the run game and the WRs could not get open.

Portal does help a ton and USF has been on the upswing since they got their new coach a few years back.
Boise played a sloppy game and had no oline.
