I also love the statement his lawyer gave that Jon is asking fans and media to respect his and his family's privacy. Would have been nice if Jon respected ours and didn't drive drunk and potentially harm others if not kill them!

A one car accident where he hit a pole and totaled his Bentley. Who else is there to blame? If this were Kim K, Paris Hilton, or Lindsey they wouldn't get the benefit of the doubt. Nor should Bones Jones. The evidence is overwhelming. He was a drunk driver and lucky he didn't hurt or kill anyone else. Sorry no sympathy for him, don't care that he is a rich and famous athlete.
