I don't know about transcendent best of all time, but there were two epic moments,

When Cap uses Mjolnir and has as close to a one on one take down of Thanos as anyone had and obviously Arya going full Ninja. Both singular moments that rose above the rest.

Both great moments that developed over years of story telling. Those were both just great.
