With SU officials being so confident in getting a bowl bid this weekend, they must have a deal with a smaller bowl (Pizza/Beef) in place just in case the other bowls like Dallas, Pinstripe, Independence, etc. dont select the Orange. Likely its Beef that is holding a spot for SU, which would explain the latest projections and the confidence from the athletic dept.
