Bowl Game Visitors?

So I was just playing around on Google Maps.
-IMG Academy is a 2 hour drive from Orlando
- Tampa is a 2 hour drive from Orlando
- Miami is a 3.5 hour drive
- Cities in Georgia are 5-6 hours

Are we allowed to host some recruits at this bowl game? Understand the game is after the early signing period.

December 17, 2018, through January 10, 2019 is a dead period. Coaches are not allowed to have face-to-face contact with a recruit or their family on or off of their college campus.

Coaches can continue to write, use social media, text, and call recruits only.

We're not allowed to 'host' but not sure about tickets. I'd still imagine our FL guys will attend the game.

I would think they would be given complimentary tickets if they were interested in coming.
