Bought tickets on the SU Athletics web site via Ticketmaster on Monday. Confirmed with call to the box office. Arrived at will call after dropping off food at the tail gate. Half hour at the window with three different people.

A sampling of the customer service comments:

"sorry, we don't have a record of your purchase."
"there aren't enough numbers in your confirmation number ( as they are looking at the confirmation email only phone)"
"I'm sorry. You bought from ticketmaster. You'll need to take it up with them and buy new tickets from us."

At the end of the day, we're in the Dome ... Not in the seats we purchased. Good thing we're die hards. No way a casual fan comes back after that experience. Would have loved to hang at the tailgate pregame, but after the delay, we just decided to wait out the last hour from our seats. We'll get to the Fine Lot after the win.

Wow, T--that sucks.

And sadly, there are too many stories like yours from people trying to purchase seasons, etc.

You really need to send this info to this guy - he has answered my e-mails before and very quickly. Since we are diehards we'll b!tch and complain (rightfully so) but still come to the games but a majority of the rest of the fans won't.
