This is the issue of the college system - forcing talented kids who might not be built for college to go there. The system is against them because they aren't built to be successful student-athletes, but they could make a living if the odds weren't stacked against them like this. I wish Ashton the best, the college game just wasn't the correct fit for him, just like it isn't for many others in many different sports.

Yup, and in fairness, wasted talent isn't limited to football or other sports (not suggesting you were saying it is)... you'll see it in just about any workplace.
