Thank god they did this now. Otherwise Webber was primed to be one of those typical coaches of a 'snubbed' team that goes on TV ranting and whining about not getting a tournament bid ... not because he thinks his team can go far, or because he truly thinks they deserve it... but because he wants to keep his job.

It's the one thing about the bubble that pisses me off every year: its never about competing or having a shot at the title ... its about a notch on the coaches belt, a resume line, and a bargaining chip. Glad we can avoid that pathetic act from Webber at least.
