More MACtion tonight at 8 pm. Powerhouse Kent State takes on Bowling Green in one game. In the other game, Massachusetts hosts Ball State in Amherst. I was over on the UMASS campus last week and saw the upgraded McGuirk Stadium from the exterior but not inside. Except for some cosmetic changes I couldn't tell where the money was spent. Maybe tonight's game will be more revealing. I am more interested in seeing what Mark Whipple has done to juice up UMASS' woeful offense. The team still sucks but they are scoring points.
