Also, there has been talk of expanding the Metro rail line out to the UB North campus, which I assume would happen if the stadium were to be built on this site. That could be a game changer (assuming it's done correctly). Finally, I could literally walk/ride my bike from my house to there, so that would be the most important upgrade. I will say though that I have gone to a basketball game and a show at UB before and leaving both times was a total nightmare.
