If we don’t win a SB with Allen at QB it’ll be the biggest failure in NFL history. That’s not an exaggeration. Maybe sports history!

Am I wrong though?Maybe even over the course of recorded human history.
You couldn't win a Superbowl with Kelly, Reid, and Thomas.Am I wrong though?
and Bruce smithYou couldn't win a Superbowl with Kelly, Reid, and Thomas.
None of them are Josh Allen at the most important position in sports though. You couldn't win a Superbowl with Kelly, Reid, and Thomas.
You would think, but then remember Brees and Rodgers played a combined 40 years and won two combined. As someone who's adopted the Bills in the AFC and being a Saints for forever I can tell you there's no bottom to a way you can lose in the playoffs. I've seen it all.None of them are Josh Allen at the most important position in sports though.
Who cares they got there once. That's all we're asking for.You would think, but then remember Brees and Rodgers played a combined 40 years and won two combined. For all the heartbreak and bad luck, if you're good for long enough you're bound to get lucky once and get 6 turnovers from the Vikings, or get Caleb Hanie in a championship game...
Unless you're cursed and the league changes the playoff format as you're getting good and 13 wins is never good enough for a bye.
Diggs dropping a 60 yard bomb right in his hands. There's a # of organizations that probably feel they are cursed in the NFL ie the Browns, Jets, probably Falcons etc. As a Bills fan it does always feel like there's some other shoe to drop or Buffalo will somehow find some new and insane way to blow a game.
Even with Allen the Bills finally get a generational QB and it coincides with: The NFL changing the rules for byes so unless you win the 1 in a loaded AFC your never getting one, Mahomes being probably one of the greatest QBs of all time, the 13 second coaching malpractice, Hamlin literally dieing on the field and the team emotionally done after that, a 3 year run of late season/playoff injuries that two years ago forced them to start a dude at LB who was literally on vacation and out of the league, a missed essentially chip shot FG against KC late and your 1st RD TE dropping an unreal pass that him in the hands on 4th down.
Even this year when everyone is going nuts because Mahomes and Lamar are out people don't take into account this is probably the worst Allen lead team since his 1st playoff season. Of course the one year since 2020 they aren't a top 3 seed.
Just feels like it's always something, even this year they have lost 4 players in the last two games to injuries including Two Wr's to torn ACL's in the same game, their 3rd CB on a freak play and their 3rd down back to a late high ankle sprain. It just never seems to end.
Allen is now the winningest QB in playoff history to never make a SB Ditto for McDermott. Allen is only 29 and still has a solid 3-4 years in his prime (I think and hope) and I really want him to at least get to a SB with the Bills. That said it's entirely plausible (and probably more likely) this team never gets to much less wins a SB with Allen.

Dan Orlovsky said the same thing today as both our points including covering TE's, and he knows the Broncos well, as he's got a weekly guest spot on our local morning radio. He said the Bills are built to beat Denver because of Denver playing more man than any team in the league, and Josh eats that up through the above points and him running. He said he fully expects the Bills to win."Also passes in the flat or directly behind the D line have killed Denver this year and is our weakness."
This is a Bills staple this season.
Mahommes , burrow , and Lamar aren’t in the playoffs ! (We won’t mention one reason for that is you defeated all 3 of them)If we don’t win a SB with Allen at QB it’ll be the biggest failure in NFL history. That’s not an exaggeration. Maybe sports history!
The irony is the biggest loss with Davis and shavers being out is their run blockingOliver and Samuel activated off IR and both will play
Hardman and Gore elevated. Ty Johnson still questionable but did travel (I suspect he will give it a go if he's close).
Hamlin not activated, meaning Lewis, Hancock or Savage will start alongside Bishop.
Wr Group for Tomorrow - Shakir, Cooks, Coleman, Samuel, Hardman

Go long PeppaShavers is actually a massive loss with his blocking. Assuming were gonna see a lot more 12 personnel tomorrow. Keon has shown a good ability to block so hopefully he can fill that Shavers role a bit. Obviously Samuel isn't that kind of a WR at all so zero help there but Davis wasn't seeing a ton of snaps to begin with so maybe that's a wash.
Hardman is a fumble waiting to happen but I wonder if they try and use him to go deep once or twice to take the top off.
Wasn't Kansas City's go ahead TD in the first SB matchup with Philly caught by that assclown Giants first round pick who was running the wrong routeYa how could I forget that doozy. Again a play Mahomes gets from dudes like Mecole Hardman and Valdes-Scantling.
