Buffalo Bills 2026 Thread

Glad I stayed up and waited for no Bills picks.

That said, can someone summarize what picks they have now? I can't keep up. I think 35 and two 3rd rounders, two 4th rounders now?

When you suck at drafting, it’s better to have as many shots as possible I guess is the theory here. If this was so smart, why are we the only ones doing this multiple times ?

Pats used to do it all the time unser Bellichek. I assume KC or the Safety were the 2 guys they wanted, once gone he started stacking picks. He will almost assuredly use some to trade back up in the 2nd or 3rd.

Only dropped back 9 spots from where we started. Personally im a fan, grabbed an early 3 and now we have 3 4s including the 1st pick.

yes. i think its a good strategy when you are bad at picking. You need all the shots you can get. Kind of glad they didnt get the oregon/purdue safety.

Agree I like what we did. I just wish I had any confidence in Beane to take advantage of the picks.

Beane has hit a pretty good amount in the mid rounds and late. 2nd round has been a bit hit or miss. Very interested to see where he goes today at 35. Need a solid selection there to say the least. Like that we now have 3 4s, can easily move back up to get a guy we want.

I guess you're right. The first round misses like Elam, Coleman and Rousseau (not a bust, but not quite what I was hoping as a first rounder) just eat at me.

But to pick up Deone Walker, Jackson Hawes, Cole Bishop, Ray Davis, Dorian Williams, James Cook, Shaki, Benford and others after the first round has been pretty solid.

I like it. There's way more randomness to these drafts than people realize. I see so much "the Bengals would've screwed it up anyway" or the Jets getting credit for "finally" making good picks and I'm like ya ok, they picked the Offense & D Rookies of the year not that long ago. Accepting what you don't know is part of the reason to trade down in any draft; but this one in particular by all accounts, there's not much talent drop-off between 20-60. I was skeptical Beane would actually do it given his seat is hotter than it's ever been.

McDonald at 35 and then trade up into mid 2nd for one of several LBs that look good.
