Just because we lost out on a recruit doesn't mean they paid him. I don't like Penn State or Franklin but a Pennsylvania kid committing to PSU doesn't exactly indicate illicit recruiting practices. We never were close, no need to be bitter.

Oh for goodness sakes, lighten up. I know we had basically no chance against PSU fit the kid. If you can't make fun of Penn State on a Cuse fan site then dammit, that means the apocalypse is coming!
