So I am currently in Gran Canaria and happened to be randomly matched with a former pro basketball player here who now is involved in managing the pro team here
and he invited me to the game on Saturday
he said this player (who used to play for real madrid but apparently the level there was too high) is currently being recruited by Rutgers, who will be in the building on Saturday to scout him...(seems pretty good from his highlights)
(also thought is was interesting, he talked about how the clubs get a % of the NIL money so they are more than happy to see these deals happen)
