Can someone explain the blackout rules to me?

The game is blacked out for me on both DirecTV and the Espn app. I live in Indiana. It's not on any local channels. I'm a full days drive from Poopsburgh.

Can someone explain the logic of this to me? Sofa King annoying.

I use a VPN....the game was blacked out in Chicago, Dallas, and Seattle. It played via Phoenix though. Who knows. It never makes sense.
