Can SU afford a Special Teams Coach when they move to the ACC?

Special teams lost this game on so many different occasions. I feel really bad for every guy on defense because of it.

Unlike the lack of play makers that is to be expected. I don't think there is a valid reason why SU's special teams have been so horrendous over the years. The dome is a kickers paradise and we have plenty of speed. Why is every single facet of special teams a giant weakness? Not one or two but every single thing
