People here who are not coaches felt George MacDonald was part of the problem with the offense and Sahfer obviously decided that as well. Sometimes it's obvious even to non-professionals that something is wrong and needs to be fixed. if you lack information on something, you need to go with the opinions of the professionals who are close to the situation. But when the offense is clearly wrong for the personnel and the play-calling makes little sense everyone in the stadium can see that and it's OK to say so.
