can't do haha, not like, etc?

It's fixed as of now. Was driving me nuts on Chrome/Safari/etc.
No ad blocker.

When I posted above/before, it only did like upon confirmation; which was the old behavior on iOS, oddly.
On iOS I can now hold and see all of the options.

I had the problem yesterday. I logged out and logged back in and it was fine.

We were reaching the GIPHY limit several times a day. Apparently, I need to set up a business account instead of using the developer account which we've had since day one.
