not that hopeful on the Nova front, but, hey, it's a Big East road game for ND so you never know.

If the two home teams win and SU beats Rutgers on Sunday, then the regular season title is just about sown up. MU will be eliminated and the magic number vs. ND will be 1.

I'm rooting for those same upsets, though let's face it, unless we pull a full on faceplant the rest of the way, it doesn't matter what the teams behind us do.

Interesting game for UConn. We'll see if their "back" or their game vs. DePaul was just an aberration.

I'd really like to see Nova, Stanford, and Va Tech win a few games. All of them are between 100-105 in the RPI. They become quality wins (and none at home) for us if they can raise their RPI a few notches. Never know if we'll need that. A loss or two the rest of the way and a 1-1 performance in the BET could put us in #2 seed territory given the disrespect being heaped on this team over the past 2 - 3 weeks (or shuffle our #1 out of the East - possibly an even worse fate).
