Yeah--that could literally be interpreted either way.


***not making any predictions about how this will play out, just pointing out that it's equally as plausible that "I'll always be a jersey boy" could mean he's not leaving NJ for college, or that he's decided to leave but will always be a NJ kid in his heart despite leaving.
