Wide receiver Shimoore Stern and cornerback Latavious Brini (Hialeah, Fla./Mater Academy) both were offered by Syracuse.

Orange Defensive Backs coach Nick Monroe made the verbal offers.

Kentucky Offensive Coordinator Eddie Gran offered both both prospects last week.

Stern (6-4, 200) and Brini (6-2, 200) are two of the top prospects in south Florida at their respective positions in 2017.

Stern now has four verbal offers and Brini has six verbal offers.

Mater Academy coach Rocco Casullo is a Syracuse native.
