CBS: Wake Forest's leading rusher ruled ineligible for 2013 season

Senior running back Josh Harris has been declared ineligible for the 2013 season. While Wake Forest would not say why Harris has lost his eligibility for the upcoming season, the school did say that it has asked the NCAA for a waiver to restore Harris' eligibility. They hope to have a decision within the next two weeks.

As long as the school isn't sanctioned, and compared to what is going on everywhere else, nope. The locker room issue is outside the purview of the AD, too. And they found out and fixed it immediately.
