Phillips is still on the table even if he is fraidy scared toake a commit.

He said on twitter he doesn't have a Syracuse offer. He has some Pac12 offers, and plans on staying out west. He is currently at Arizona CC I believe
As for Cali's boy Travis Lock he has a nice offer sheet right now including offers from USF, and Arizona St. I think it is safe to say we are not going the JC route for RB's. My guess is Ish is a definite and then either Ollison or Phillips. Preferably Ollison. If something crazy happens there are guys like Justin Boyd, and Corey Holloway as plan C and D. Let's hope it doesn't come down to that though.
