The biggest guess watching NCAA March Madness deep games is - will the referees call fouls or turn it into YMCA ball. Watching Villanova and Houston guess what we are watching? Who commits the most fouls without the referees call them wins.

Maybe not all on the refs. But to my point the referees get to the point where, well I will let that grab go and not call the foul, and it begets the same thing on the other end of the court and so on and so on.
