I hope I am wrong but not sure that McCullough is as ready to be counted on as much as the team needs him? We love to recruit big time athletes but they usually seem to have low motors if his passion for the game ever matched his skill set he would be unstoppable!

Between JB and Hop, I think a fire can be lit under his butt. JB has a little more incentive to see him do well after promising he'd be here to coach him.
