Syracuse has a real opportunity to make Clemson take a step back and gain national notice. Clemson will be fine long term. People forgot how championship level teams lose players to the pros and coaches to better positions (promotions, pros). Dabo Swinney will reload.

We have a Dabo Swinney level coach of our own in HCFB and the Tigers have shown weaknesses. Frann Brown and Co. know how to exploit weaknesses and motivate the team. Should we be favored going on? No. Can we win? Yes.

The team has played Tennessee. They know what to expect from a Swinney team. Swinney's team is not of Tennessee caliber this fall. Play mistake free football and Syracuse can walk away with a W!

Basically a must win for Clemson to stay alive in the CFP. Never been a big believer in the whole “extra motivation” thing but in this case, they know they can’t afford to drop this at home.

I would guess we get smoked (20+). Would be a huge, huge win though. Just hope we don’t kill ourselves early and get down like against Ten. Gotta convert the 4th downs, win turnovers, no missed scoring chances.
