Clemson Kickoff: Nooner on ABC or ESPN

I can't listen to Yankee games on the radio this year. I get PTSD.

Maybe that's just the Yankees.

3:30 is the perfect kickoff time for attending a game, but it clearly must not be the preferred timeslot for television.

Maybe 3:30 was never the best TV window, but schools used to have more scheduling power/pull with the networks and pushed for 3:30 to make their games a full-day affair and what fans wanted. 3:30 is great for tailgating and for anyone out of town. Up and back at reasonable times.

Nope. Big 10 has had noon kickoffs on ESPN/ESPN2 for years. Many of those at 11 am local time.

For me 10am would be the best time. get up. go to the game, get home and watch the 4pm games.

Noon is horrible for us west coasters. 9am. Very hard to game watch. I know our club has one scheduled, but I also know our club leader told me she won't do another 9am game. So, no idea what she will do. Not my problem anymore.

Duke seems a pretty heavy favorite to be another Noon game. ACC has gone all in on Noon like the B10 for any decent games just below the primetime slot and sometimes even that primetime game gets a Noon slot. Hoping for anything else but I suspect Noon will be the time.

its interesting that when going to vegas the best part of being out there is that the games start at 9-10am and you can watch and still have most of the day free,

Being able to watch football from 9 a.m. sounds awesome to be honest.
