i have a feeling BH/Syracuse doesn't want it to appear they had BH locked up a while ago because that's what all the original chatter was.

While I realize the NIL money comes largely from donors, failing to go the extra mile on the NIL front the time will cost the school a lot more than $2-4 million. And as a side note, can we start using the acronym PFP (Play for Pay) because, as we know, that’s all it really is.

CBH has high energy but doesn’t sound polished and I think his deal will get old.. And for a guy that this was his dream job to be dragging this out and making Cuse look desperate doesn’t sit well

I still am not real sure all this isn’t smoke and mirrors to playcate BH supporters and help him with other jobs or even USF raise .. I just think there would be a leak and alum players speaking out more if this was a his to lose and Gerry would remove himself

Yup. If this was locked up a while ago, it would be in SU's and BH's best interest to not have that information go public.

I worked at one firm for 16 years and they took advantage of that. I left for another and got a ~60% pay increase. The lesson I learned is that I should have left a long time ago.

I'm in the same boat. Perhaps Hodgson can 'coach' me on salary negotiations?
