USF is in No Man’s Land competitively. If you can’t compete financially with them we are not in a position to do any full breadth coaching search. Honestly, it's a complete Miracle Syracuse has been so high profile for so long. I can take off the glasses and realize that we are unique in high level athletics and the rest of the schools like us went irrelevant 80 years ago. If it is really over it's been a nice run, but we shouldn't act like this is shocking, this era of college sports is terrible to everyone except for a select few, relying on stuck-up rich guys was never going to be sustainable when most of our billionaire alums don't give us money.
