If we fail to land our #1 coaching target to Providence, that will scream big-time problems within the athletic department. No disrespect to Providence well, it sort of is, we should never lose our #1 coaching option to Providence ever.

Why is that easier? That makes no sense I will argue that it would be easier to make the tournament in the ACC than in Big East. Historically, ACC will get way more bids if that is your goal. Providence isn't winning the Big East so they will need to make an at-large bid and that is easier for average teams in the ACC.

uh $250,000 is pretty average in NNJ, That was average in 2010 when I left the area.

As a Bergen county resident I can tell you as a fact, making 250k is not living comfortably at all.

That’s a good move, if my wife’s family and most of mine weren’t in this area I’d have moved to Florida or Arizona in a second. This area has a lot to offer but has just gotten insane with cost of living.
