I have the utmost respect for Gerry McNamara. I think he’s a hell of a coach, especially player development and he’s as intense as it could get. That said, he should not get the job. He needs to build his identity and one season of winning ball at Siena in a sleepy conference doesn’t do it. I’ll root for him like heck and do think it could work some time.

Not that I know because I don’t, but Nil may not be enough to get the job done. GMAC’s too smart to back himself in a corner. I doubt he takes the job. No info just a feeling
