What also kinda makes me a little mad during this whole thing, this agent and these media people are acting like this guy is John Wooden. He’s never been a P4 coach, has been a HC for 3 years and now all of a sudden they are talking about him like he’s the best coach in America. Is he the best option right now on paper ? Sure. Maybe he's going to be a great coach for a long time. Maybe he's the best coach now, but everyone is talking like it's a guarantee.

He's not the only good coach and recruiter out there. And it's not like he's this perfect guy that Syracuse just needed to have. I get the idea that Hodgson not coming to Syracuse means something more about money or the state of the program. I think that is a bit overstated right now.

I thought he could succeed here, but if it isn't him, I don't think Syracuse missed out on some generational talent.

Was about to ask if there's any chance there's an anti-Lally movement to fund someone else.
